Special Tee Cookies was founded in 1999 by Tee Dedrick of Knoxville, Tennessee. Tee has baked since she was a child in her mother's home in Connecticut. Once she realized her passion for baking as an adult, she started baking and giving her goods as gifts. Because the recipents loved the cookies, they began to request she make cookies to sell so that they could give them as gifts. This is how Tee Cookies was born. Today, Tee operates her cookies kitchen right out of her home so that she can care for her family while fulfilling her dream and passion of baking
